My week off was pretty awesome. The only bad thing was no sports. I still played sports but no team sports. I beat my dad in basketball while hurt 21 to 11. It was awesome. My weekend was fun.

Championship failure/ I hate refs

Today I had a Championship basketball game. At the beginning of the game, Chad, John, Alan, Joe and I were in. The first shot was by the other team and it was a two pointer. After that I made a sweet free throw. Nothing happened for the rest of the period. At the end of the second period the score was 3-12. At the end of the 3rd period the score was 3-15. In the 4th period, our team came back and the score was 9-21. My dad put me, John, Chad, Daniel and Alan in to start the 5th period. I scored 1 free throw and a long shot to make the score 12-21. After that we started missing all of our shots and we couldn't do much with the ball on offense. They got in 2 more baskets and ended the game 12-25.
But through the entire game the other team was pushing us out while running with us. The refs were not very good and did not call this. I Hate Refs.

Playoff win

On Friday night I had a playoff basketball game against the number 1 seed. I was the number 4 seed. At the beginning of the game I ran out to get right behind the jump baller person. He hit the ball right to me and I dribbled down the court and hit a left handed layup. The next point was theirs. And then Chad made a free throw. Nothing happened for the rest of the period-the score was 3-2 us.
After that the next string went in. At the end of that period the score was 5-4 us. When my string went back in I got a steal right away and scored. One of the points I scored was when I was dribbling down the court and the guy tapped the ball. I got the ball back but had nothing to do, so I thought maybe I could dribble behind my back and get an easy layup. What ended up happening was I got past my 2 guys and had an easy path to the basket on the left side. At the end of the 3rd period the score was 18-6.
In the 4th quarter the other string went back in and one of the best players fouled out. They gave up the big lead. At the end of the 4th quarter the score was 18-13.
In the 5th period my dad sent in the best players on the team. The players were Gavin, John, Chad, Cameron and I. We ended up winning 25-23. Yay!!!!!! Our team is going to the Championship game on Friday!!!!

tooth pulled, new guy

Yesterday I got a tooth pulled and it didn't hurt much but it felt weird. Anyway today I woke up at six o clock and I had ten dollars and a tooth on my side table. I was thinking I would just get 4 or 5 dollars. I also have a new kid in my class and his name is David. He is pretty cool. But now we have way more guys than girls in our class. We have about 19 kids and about 14 of them are guys.

first basketball win

On Friday I had a basketball game. I was in at the first period but when i was in nobody on my team moved and got open. So I had to just go over and take shots. Which does not make you look that good. I made a free throw on a free throw and that was the only point we got that quarter. Then the other team got in and when they came out the score was 6 to 3 they were winning. when my team got back in I was playing 3. Gavin was playing point gaurd. At the end of the period the score was 8 to 7 they were winning. at the end of the fourth period the score was 12 to 7 they were winning. In the fifth period my dad put me Roman and Gavin in for the press work and Cameron and John down low to block. Right away Roman stole a pass and got a layup. On the next pass in Roman stole a pass and missed the shot but I was there to get the ball and make a shot. A while after that Gavin got a steal dribbled around and passed it to me and I took it for a layup. Now the score was 13 to 13. Cameron and another guy got into a jump ball and the other guy jabbed him but the ref took him and Cameron out. I think it was unfair.We sent chad in. They were throwing the ball in with 25.8 seconds left on the clock. Number 44 dribbled it up the sideline and then I knocked the ball out of his hands. The refs called it a foul but let number 11 shoot instead of number 44. Then they made a free throw and missed another one. We got the ball and Chad had it he got fouled. He took free throws and made both of them. Then they got the ball and nothing really happened we ended up winning and it was a cool game.

flag football

Yesterday i had a flag football game. our first two didnt go so well. But at the start of this game i was almost sure we were gonna lose because they had this guy on there team that was really fast. There team got the first touchdown while i was sitting out. Later on in the game I got a touchdown. A while after that I came back in and got another touchdown. Later on in the game I intercepted one at half field and then ran to the goaline. It turns out that the only touchdown they got was the first one that they had. The final score was around 41 to 6. That game was awesome.

At the beginning of the game I played 2. I scored the first basket for our team and Todd scored a free throw. It was three to eleven. In the end of the 5th period the score was 31 to 31. The other team was taking free throws with 4.8 seconds to go. they missed their first free throw but they made their 2nd. The play was I pass it to Konner and he passes it to carter and Carter shoots. I couldn't get it to Konner so i bounced it off the defenders arm got the ball and shot but the guy knocked me down but the referee didn't call it.

Hi. Yesterday was the last day of my basketball camp and im so sore. The coach said that it was going to be defense but it was mostly just conditioning. After the first day i couldnt even move. After the second day it was beter but it still hurt a lot. And today it was really good but it still hurts.
